A Year of Growth at SOHOSQ

Over the past twelve months, we have watched hallways fill with new neighbours, the amenity spaces come alive with laughter, and South Street transform into more than just an address. It has become a place where people gather, connect, and build a life they are genuinely excited about.

A year ago, SOHOSQ was a fresh idea built on a piece of London history, the former South Street Hospital lands. Today it is 588 suites full of stories, from first apartments to downsizes to fresh starts in a new city.
